As designers, we work tirelessly - with passion, determination, and an unhealthy attention to detail - to build products and solutions that try to evolve the way people see and interact with the world.

Maybe due to our profession’s competitive nature, we’ve never made any kind of concerted attempt to unionise. This lack of cooperation has led to exploitation of staff; Be it through opaque wage structures, limited progression, or just blatant disregard of employment law by our employers.

We want to be the union of designers: Industrial, Product, CMF, Interior, Graphic, UI/UX, Motion Graphics; Whatever field of design you’re in - if you’re in the business of creation - we want to represent your interests.

Acting collectively, we can be a force for change in the industry we love. As creatives, we know how powerful sharing information and cooperation are to achieve a common objective – let’s apply the same concept to push for greater protections for staff, better hours, and wages that are more respective of the true value of our work and time.

If this sounds of interest to you, fill out your details in the adjacent form, and please spread the word to your colleagues and friends. If we can generate enough momentum, we’ll be able to turn this idea into a reality.

We cannot accept any interest from any managers or directors.
